Transition Town Totnes has an established "Building and Housing" group within the Steering Group, does Transition Horsham as this would be ideal fodder for such a group. I guess it would include engineers, plumbers and electricians etc.

As far as I know Transition Horsham hasn't got that organised yet, unfortunately. I hope that this is the sort of thing that will come from the Mission Statement / Constitution / whatever that we're endeavouring to organise.
