Transition Horsham Rag Rug Workshop
Thursday, February 23rd 2012 7.45pm to 9.45pm, Friends Meeting House, Worthing Road, Horsham RH12 1SL (opposite Sainsburys)
Come and have a go, under the guidance of Jackie Fry, who has suggested that if you have any of the following bring them along:
- 1 A carrier bag of rags: T-shorts, fleece, fine knitted jersey, flannel, shrunken jumpers are good for mats but any material can be used for decorative projects. Be prepared to swap and share!
- 2 A pair of sharp dress making scissors
- 3 An embroidery hoop
- 4 Any old rug tools you might have or chunky crochet hooks (I have lots of tools that you can borrow!)
- 5 Old sacks or hessian
None of the above are essential for this “have-a-go” evening but could be very useful if you want to carry on and make something at home.

Come and fill your empty bottles with Ecover - washing up liquid, all-purpose cleaner, fabric softener and laundry liquid.
Please bring clean, dry Ecover bottles.
